Narra offers various subscription options designed to meet different user needs:

• Free Plan: Provides limited access to certain features with no cost.
• Individual Plans:
  • Premium Monthly: $14.99 per month
  • Premium Yearly: $119.99 per year
• Team Plans:
  • Team Workspace Monthly: $39.99 per month
  • Team Workspace Yearly: $399.99 per year

The Premium Plan includes the following features:

• AI Clinical Assistant
• Voice-to-Text Documentation
• AI-Powered Clinical Documentation Suite
• Access to all lenses and tools

The Team Plan offers all Premium features in addition to:

• Shared Workspaces for enhanced team collaboration
• Role-Based Access Control to manage permissions
• Invitation system for team members
• Real-Time Updates within the team environment

Payments and renewal policies are as follows:

• The payment is processed through the iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the current period's end.
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription expires at the same renewal price.
• Auto-renewal can be managed or turned off at any time via your Account Settings after purchase.
• Cancellation of an active subscription is not permitted during its current period.
